Weight loss!

People! It may seem too much for me to speak about this but believe me. I have reduced 14 kilos in 3 months by altering few things.

1. Avoid carbohydrates.
The reason for this is fat is easily combustible. U lose fat even when u walk. But its not the case with carbohydrates. It accumulates. A lot. The reason we(I mean fat people) have side flaps and belly is because of this. It is this which is very hard to reduce. So, avoid carbohydrates. By all means.
P.S: This is one thing which I've found to be very hard even though I've reduced so much!

2. Simple exercises.

A) If u live in a place with stairs, jog up and down the stairs for 10 rounds minimum or maximum depending upon ur capacity for 3 rounds.
This is a very useful exercise. It helps to burn the fat in calf muscles and also in ur lower belly.

B) Do this abdomen exercise.

Do this exercise for 3 rounds at an interval of 7 minutes.
Note: Switch off the fan while doing!

C) Do push ups regularly in the morning

D) Do all these exercise early morning or possibly in empty stomach.

3. Avoid Junk foods.
COMPLETELY! Avoid everything!
P.S: This has also been a tough one for me so far.

4. Maintain this diet schedule.
Morning: Have Oats in hot water. Add some salt, and take it. Note: It will be extremely disgusting but the best fat burner ever.
Noon: Have chapati or any wheat products. Along with plenty of fruits. No banana, mango, butter fruit, guva. Possibly have watermelon, papaya(the best), apple, grapes.
Evening: Have fruits again. Along with wheat bread sandwich.
Night: Sambha rava(Wheat rava) as 'Upma' (south Indian dish) or as boiled in the way rice is made. Eat anything along with it. Rasam, Kozhambu etc. Avoid vegetables like potato, any ground based vegetables, brinjal. (They are harmful for health)

5. Wish me Good Luck too as I plan to start everything from the beginning. :)

College life. Is it really worth the hype as in movies?

Answer: Not really. In my case, certainly not.

We all, each and every one of us join college with the wildest and happy dreams about it. Does we get to live our dreams?
Most of the time, it doesn't. Not one bit. Why don't they? Is it because of our college? Or because of our class? Friends? Or is it because of our self?
I think each and everyone of these do their part. Considering myself, I hated my college days. In fact, I started to despise it so much from the very beginning of my 1st year. Why? So many reasons.
First, I set my mind that I would never like this college even before starting to attend my classes. Second, I was such a duffer that I couldn't get anyone to call as friends. Third, myself.
And I am sure, many of people out there are just like me. I am sure. Not exactly like me, but with reasons as myself.
My college mates, in other departments enjoyed their life very well even though they are in the same college as mine. And I've heard vice verse too. Why?
As I end my 4 years of college life, I begin to realize why...
Only because, its our dreams. More than dreams, we can say expectations. All expectations invariably lead to disappointments. All....
"It is impossible to please everyone in this world and like wise, it is also impossible for everyone to please us."

Live life without expectations, live life for urself.
